Refund & Returns Policy – First Track Lab

1. Digital Products

First Track Lab sells digital products and online courses. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final once access to the course has been provided.

2. No Physical Returns

As no physical products are shipped, there are no returns or exchanges of goods.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, and

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team at firsttracklab@gmail.com with your order details.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after accessing the course

  • Lack of time or motivation to complete the course

  • Dissatisfaction with the content after viewing the lessons

  • Incompatibility with your device or software that was not disclosed prior to purchase

5. Partial Access & Abuse Prevention

If significant portions of the course content have been accessed or downloaded, we reserve the right to refuse a refund in order to prevent abuse of our digital content.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the course.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
